Job Description

  • Proactively oversee the operation of all office locations to ensure that they meet company and safety standards giving the best employee experience
  • Create inclusive workplace environments that encourage employees to collaborate, innovate and thrive
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align workplace experience management with broader business objectives and strategic growth goals
  • Champion sustainability initiatives
  • Work with the Senior Director Workplace Experience to develop and implement strategies to enhance the workplace experience, prioritizing employee engagement, well-being and productivity

  • Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 plus 10% bonus

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience of working within Facilities Management (min. 5 years’)
  • Understanding of ISO standards of compliance
  • Understanding and knowledge of the services required for offices to run as well as reading leases 
  • Experience with large office relocations
