Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is on the lookout for a Product & Services Manager to join our innovative team in La Vergne, TN. This person will manage the execution of the strategic direction for the Lightning Source website and systems. They will oversee, actively promote, coordinate, and participate in the development and growth of new web-based products, services, and activities related to improving the publisher experience for Lightning Source accounts, ensuring projects align with the overall strategic initiatives of Content Acquisition.  This role is ideal for someone who is creative, innovative, and thrives in an energetic and ever-evolving environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 3 years of experience in a technical support, platform administration role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High aptitude for technology
  • Experience working in and developing backend systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the Lightning Source website and systems ensuring all processes and operations regarding the platforms meet client and company needs with strategic input from Sr Manager, Business Operations. This includes overseeing operational performance for business continuity and performance.
  • Makes recommendations for new web-based products, improvements and enhancements to the system infrastructure supporting Lightning Source and IngramSpark websites and systems to align with strategic growth plans and for optimized functionality and alignment across businesses.
  • Identifies key stakeholders for product and technical development initiatives and secures appropriate buy-in and facilitates communication between the various stakeholders and teams for effective project completion.
  • Gathers requirements and specifications necessary for development initiatives. Maintains set priority, timelines, and processes for development projects ensuring a consistent and seamless delivery of requested information for IngramSpark and LS projects.
  • Interfaces with business stakeholders to understand systems-related needs throughout the research, planning, and design phases of website projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring development and product requests do not negatively impact other systems and/or interfaces and maintains alignment across the technical infrastructure of the business lines.
  • In coordination with the Senior Manager of Business Operations, provides research, data, KPIs, and technical scopes to participate in the development of business cases for priority and change management development and/ or integration priorities.
  • Operates as a subject matter expert with other team members on the Lightning Source platform and systems. 

Hiring Salary Range: $63,945 - $80,849k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
