Description

The Account Executive will play a pivotal in driving Inspired Solutions' growth across commercial and government sectors. This results-driven, client-focused role will lead customer engagement strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and offer value-added solutions that directly support our customers’ missions. Responsibilities also include developing and managing client relationships while driving revenue growth through the sales of our products and services. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with outstanding relationship-building capabilities, thrives in a fast-paced service-oriented environment while being a trusted advisor, capable of identifying client needs and delivering solutions.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories and key accounts in alignment with company objectives. 
  • Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities across government and commercial sectors. 
  • Resell IT hardware, software, and services from our extensive OEM portfolio, offering tailored solutions to clients. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and providing consultative recommendations. 
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement officers, CIOs, and end users. 
  • Prepare and present client-specific proposals, pricing, and value demonstrations that communicate ROI and strategic benefits. 
  • Manage opportunities from lead to close, maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasts, and sales activities in CRM (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Inside Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless customer delivery. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitive threats, and regulatory shifts to proactively adjust go-to-market strategies. 
  • Represent Inspired Solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, enhancing brand visibility and credibility
