The Hiring Manager says:

Our team members represent our organization's most valuable assets. We firmly believe that by prioritizing their well-being, they will, in turn, prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. Distinguishing ourselves as industry experts rather than mere data analysts, we center our philosophy on providing an exceptional customer journey with the highest quality of data possible. We empower our staff to make a meaningful impact in each interaction with the data, taking ownership from manufacture/program to client nuances to our products that distribute the data.

If you genuinely value the customer experience, thrive in a dynamic team setting, and find fulfillment in aiding others and brightening someone's day, we encourage you to get in touch with us. If you're currently a high-performing member of a data team but sense untapped potential to enhance the customer experience or drive positive change in your organization, this opportunity is for you.

Nice to Have:

  • PC Skills with MS Office Applications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power PDF, and Outlook are highly desirable. These tools are essential for creating reports, analyzing data, preparing presentations, and managing communications effectively.
  • Finance/Math/Statistics (Data Analytics/Data Science): A background in finance, mathematics, or statistics, particularly in data analytics or data science, will be beneficial. This knowledge helps in interpreting complex data sets and making data-driven decisions.
  • Dealership Experience (Finance and Incentives): Experience working in a dealership, especially in finance and incentives, provides valuable insights into the automotive industry's operational and financial aspects.
  • Understanding Regular Expressions: Proficiency in using regular expressions to identify different patterns in data is a plus. This skill is useful for data cleaning, validation, and extraction tasks.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous. It helps in understanding customer needs, improving customer satisfaction, and providing excellent support.
