Accountabilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Amazon Seller account to ensure optimal performance and account growth.
  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly product listings, including A/B testing for images, content, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate warehouses and FBA operations.
  • Conduct market research, adjust pricing strategies, and optimize promotions based on competitor analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, resolve account health issues, and manage reimbursements as necessary.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, utilizing data tools to adjust strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer feedback, resolve disputes, and maintain high ratings and seller feedback.

  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace tools, advertising strategies, and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
