We help businesses streamline their operations using Zoho, a powerful but cost-effective software suite with over 100 million users and 50+ different applications. While specialising in Zoho, we are covering all aspects of a full B2B consultancy providing services with multiple CRM tools and platforms.
We’re a small but mighty team of 11 consultants and developers, and we’re growing fast!
My goal is to scale Z1 Consultant quickly over the next couple of years and eventually step back.

I need someone who can take charge of sales, marketing, finance, and operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while helping us scale.

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to take charge of sales, marketing, and client success - ensuring everything runs efficiently and predictably.
You’ll play a crucial role in bridging strategy and execution, helping us systematize and scale the business while keeping our service quality top-notch.
More specifically, in this role, you will:
🚀 Oversee and optimize sales processes to drive revenue growth
📈 Ensure marketing efforts generate high-quality leads that convert
🤝 Manage client relationships to maintain retention and satisfaction
🛠 Streamline operations and create efficient systems for scaling
💬 Lead internal communication and coordination across teams
📊 Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with working hours from midday to 8 PM South Africa/Eastern Europe time.
For this role, you have:
✅ 4+ years of experience in an operational role in the marketing industry
✅ Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service processes
✅ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
✅ Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership
✅ Comfortable with direct communication and feedback
