WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Manager of Demand Generation who can drive innovative strategies to generate and nurture leads effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels. They should possess strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. Excellent leadership and communication abilities are essential, along with the capability to collaborate cross-functionally to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals. A passion for staying updated on marketing trends and leveraging emerging technologies to drive results is highly desired.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Within the Demand Generation team, this role is responsible for executing the New Customer acquisition strategy via fully integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline for customer acquisition. This role works cross-functionally across the Marketing organization - sales, events and product management. The ideal candidate understands how to execute the marketing plan with impactful, well integrated tactics to create highly-qualified leads.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategize, develop and execute plans to generate highly qualified leads for the MSP and mid-market enterprise (MME) sales teams.

Coordinate mix of appropriate tactics on a campaign-by-campaign basis with various internal teams i.e. Digital, Product and Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Development and Sales, to develop fully integrated end-to-end campaign plans.

Work closely with Sales, Sales Ops and Product marketing to develop sales enablement strategies and tactics.

Own responsibility for optimizing marketing campaigns and programs in coordination with Marketing Operations and Digital.

Develop and maintain a cadence of reports and communications to key internal stakeholders on campaign KPIs. Provide and collect feedback on status and success of marketing campaigns to/from Sales, Product Marketing and Product Management.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to close gaps in contact and account database that impact campaign effectiveness.

Work closely with the Product Marketing team to integrate company and product messaging, including new product announcements and upcoming promotions into upcoming campaign plans.

Understand Kaseya’s industry, business, and portfolio of products and solutions.

Develop and establish regular communication touch points with stakeholders in the sales organization.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.

Minimum 2 years of experience in building and executing campaign plans for a multi-product company, across multiple marketing tactics and platforms: e.g. email, events (digital and in-person), content syndication, nurture sequences, and social media.

Proven experience in omni-channel campaign planning.

Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.

Strong execution capability with highest standards in driving results.

Experience working within a matrix environment to drive program creation and success.

Understanding of integrated marketing and the entire marketing mix.

Highly consultative player who can plan (think) and execute (do).

Ability to think outside of the box and innovate the art of marketing.

Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task

Strength and experience in collaborating with numerous cross functional teams.

Experience with G2, SF.com, Marketo and project management solution (Wrike) a plus.
