Overview
As our Founding Product Manager, you will bring structure and clarity to our product development process—prioritizing what to build, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring every product decision aligns with our broader business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, GTM, and Design to shape the future of user onboarding in crypto.
What You’ll Do
Define & Prioritize the Roadmap: Align product goals with company objectives and customer needs.
Scope & Plan Features: Break down initiatives into clear, actionable work for Engineering.
Manage Sprints & Projects: Oversee execution and delivery, ensuring timely releases.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with GTM and Design to validate ideas and guide product decisions.
Leverage Data & Analytics: Establish and track metrics to inform and refine product strategies.
Foster Alignment: Facilitate communication between Engineering and GTM to keep priorities on track.
Shape Product Culture: Help scale KIKI's team cultuure while maintaining a strong product-first ethos.
What We’re Looking For
4+ Years of Product Management: Ideally at a developer tools, consumer, or B2B software platform company.
Technical Fluency: Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
Strategic Prioritization: Proven ability to balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
Project Management Excellence: History of delivering high-impact features on schedule.
Startup Mindset: Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Approach: Experience defining, measuring, and interpreting product metrics.
