We're on the hunt for a talented Civil Engineer - Land Development with at least four years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this on-site position, you will dive into the world of site development engineering and project management for diverse residential and commercial projects. You'll not only leverage your strong technical expertise but also engage in research, project coordination, staff management, cost estimating, and permitting for land disturbance while preparing bid packages and technical specs. Our collaborative environment encourages you to build meaningful relationships with clients, designers, and contractors alike. Plus, you’ll have the chance to monitor project progress, adhere to budgets, and stick to schedules while taking on leadership roles within the team. The ideal candidate will possess a Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or the ability to obtain one within a year) and have experience in site civil design, permitting, and the software tools required for the job, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
