Coordinate with specialists for fire alarm, technology and lighting design as required by project scope of work
Coordinate with architects, mechanical/plumbing engineers and other disciplines for equipment power needs and sizing electrical distribution

With over 6 years of experience, you'll dive into large-scale HVAC design projects, where your expertise in electrical systems will shine. In this role, you'll lead the design and analysis of intricate electrical systems, creating vital documents such as electrical layouts, schematics, and one-line diagrams. Your collaboration will extend across multi-disciplinary teams with daily interaction with different Kimley-Horn offices. You'll prepare project specifications and cost estimates and help to mentor and train junior engineers, playing a key role in expanding our electrical engineering services both locally and nationally. You'll also coordinate closely with specialists for various design aspects including fire alarm systems and lighting, ensuring all equipment power needs are effectively met.
