Account Manager - Mid Market

L'obiettivo di Kiratech è supportare, con il proprio platform team, i clienti a produrre valore per il loro business. Come? Tramite la nostra proposta di servizi professionali, formazione, Managed Service e la rivendita dei migliori tool.  

Kiratech è alla ricerca di una/un Account Manager - Mid Market 

La figura dovrà essere in grado di assimilare i differenti e complessi aspetti della nostra offerta sviluppando e consolidando forti relazioni sul territorio tramite il presidio on-site dello stesso, con l’obiettivo di mantenere e coltivare le relazioni commerciali. Dovrà essere in grado di creare strategie per qualificare l’azienda presso i clienti e creare opportunità per sviluppare progetti innovativi. Si focalizzerà sulla proposta di servizi professionali (Platform Engineering, Platform Security e Platform AI) e servizi gestiti “chiavi in mano” con l’obiettivo di creare coi clienti legami continuativi di lungo termine e fidelizzati nel tempo.  

Sarà richiesta la presenza sui clienti per almeno il 60% del tempo totale di lavoro (3/5 giorni onsite presso i clienti). 

Requisiti:  

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni  
  • Customer Set solido con relazioni di alto livello  
  • Comprovata capacità nel raggiungere i KPI assegnati  
  • Comprovata capacità di concludere 6-digit deal (Nice to Have >500k)  
  • Esperienza pregressa nella vendita di servizi professionali, servizi ricorrenti/gestiti, soluzioni software  
  • Esperienza pregressa nella vendita di progetti ove presente l’adozione di tecnologie Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, simili)  
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle tendenze di mercato e delle tecnologie emergenti nel settore IT  
  • Disponibilità a condurre visite on site dal cliente  
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, sia orale che scritta, unite ad un'eccellente capacità di ascolto  
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno liv. C1/C2)

  •  Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o similari
