Your mission:
As a driving force behind Klim’s expansion in Eastern Europe, your mission is to establish a strong presence in Poland and support growth in the Czech Republic and Slovakia by leading impactful sales initiatives and transformative regenerative supply chain projects. You will develop and execute tailored market strategies, foster deep relationships with farmers and enterprise clients, and build a high-performing team to scale operations.
This is a remote position requiring you to be based in Poland or Berlin. If you are based in Berlin, please note that frequent travel to Poland (approximately 20% of your time) will be required.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and drive impactful sales initiatives in Poland and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and driving sales growth. Own the entire process from outreach to signed deals (and possibly beyond).
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that support their transition to regenerative agriculture.
Deliver on Growth targets: Monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively, and achieve key performance metrics across Eastern Europe.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in regenerative agriculture.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business goals and client needs.
Build and Lead a High-Performance Team: Recruit, manage, and develop a results-driven sales and consulting team focused on scaling operations in Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
Your profile:
Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven success in enterprise sales with a track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, as well as expertise in supply chain management.
Regulatory knowledge: You understand global food safety standards and labelling laws.
Negotiation skills and sales strategy: You are a strong negotiator, are a strategical thinker and you have an understanding of global pricing structure and trade regulations.
You have a good understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices.
Cultural competence and exceptional Communication Skills: You demonstrate strong cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication styles across various contexts. Your talent for connecting with diverse stakeholders enables you to build and nurture lasting partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with global teams and integrate regional insights into a larger framework.
Organised and Proactive: Highly self-organised with strong project management skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Analytical and data-driven decision making skills: You are proficient in Data Analysis, marketing research and have used CRM tools to track and predict customer needs and performance.
Adaptable and Resilient: Thrives in dynamic environments, adjusting to shifting market demands with ease.
Fluent in Polish and English: Strong command of the Polish language, with the ability to navigate cultural and business nuances. Good written and spoken English language skills are also required.
