We are seeking a driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our team as a Sales Development Team Lead. Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and account development.
  • Lead a small, effective team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on a daily basis.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Identify qualified sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients and pass them on to the Sales Executive team.
  • Log opportunities in HubSpot and follow the sales process under the guidance of the Sales Executive team.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Provide reports on SDR activity and lead status.
  • Develop a high level of competency and understanding of KMS Lighthouse products.
  • Build a network of accounts and customers via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Help coordinate events with partners and attend events a few times per year to generate leads.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS to enterprise-level companies.
  • Prior experience in lead generation.
  • Previous leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting for new business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
