We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our partnership program by actively hunting for new tech companies and solution providers who can benefit from what we offer. This isn’t a traditional partnership role—it’s a hunter-style sales position focused on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and building the early foundation for strong business relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Own outbound prospecting—identify, research, and reach out to potential partners
- Engage with tech companies to explore partnership opportunities that drive mutual value
- Manage the early sales pipeline—qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales & partnership managers
- Experiment and iterate—test different outreach approaches, messaging, and strategies
- Collaborate across teams to refine our partnership outreach playbook
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS, tech solutions, or B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to hunt, qualify, and generate leads from scratch
- Comfortable cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn to engage prospects
- Strong communication skills—ability to pitch, persuade, and build rapport
- Grit, hustle, and a competitive mindset—someone who thrives on hitting goals
- A natural curiosity about technology and how different solutions connect
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience selling: software, SaaS, or digital solutions
- Familiarity with: CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- A background in: business development, sales, or partnerships
