About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across our engineering and product teams. In this role, you will oversee project planning, ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders, and keep initiatives on track. You’ll be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives, ensuring smooth delivery of our AI-powered automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to align project goals with company priorities.

  • Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes.

  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate project planning and team coordination while adapting processes to fit the organization's needs.

  • Ensure technical teams are aligned and have the resources needed to meet deadlines.

  • Track key project metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Continuously refine project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to tailor project management frameworks to the organization's needs.

  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business objectives.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or other project management software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI/ML, automation, or cloud-based software solutions.

  • Hands-on technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
