In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions in the skilled trades. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates from various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events, all while ensuring you conduct engaging interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit. Building strong relationships is key—so you'll get to know both candidates and clients inside and out to effectively understand their hiring needs. You’ll take charge of the entire recruitment cycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to negotiating offers, all while tracking metrics to keep management informed. In addition, participating in recruitment events and staying updated on industry trends will keep you at the forefront of the recruitment scene.
