Job Title: Talent Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (UK Time)
Salary: R25,000 per month

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing talent communications, updating time-tracking records, maintaining recruitment documentation, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Talent Communication & FAQs

Monitor and respond to talent messages on WhatsApp (morning, afternoon, and before logging off).
Flag urgent messages to the General Manager via Slack in the "talent-communications-important" group.
Track and report any talent absences, maintaining a list to submit mid-month.
Time Tracking & Records Management

Review time-tracking reports in the morning and afternoon to ensure proper record-keeping.
Monitor idle time and flag concerns to the General Manager.
Manage user access by adding/removing talent from the system weekly.
Recruitment Documentation Management

Download CVs from recruitment platforms and ensure records are properly organised.
Enhance CVs to align with job descriptions, using UK English and highlighting key skills.
Convert documents to PDF format and redact personal details before finalising.
Interview Coordination

Schedule talent interviews through the recruitment system, ensuring candidates have the correct details.
Track interview progress and update stages accordingly.
Send automated interview reminders two days before, one day before, and on the morning of the interview.
Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a related role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (UK spelling required).
Ability to manage and update digital tools and databases efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
