Job Description
The Community Ambassador is at the forefront of the community and responsible for delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents to help maximize occupancy year over year. This role will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, assist in planning and participate in marketing and community events, and meet sales goals as outlined by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager. You must be able to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and manage your time efficiently.

This hands-on position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales goals set by your leaders, the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager. Every day, you'll engage with people, share information about our housing contracts, conduct exciting tours, and follow up with leads to ensure we convert interest into occupancy. You will even have the chance to showcase our community on social media and help plan dynamic marketing events. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in property operations, from responding to inquiries to tracking maintenance requests, all while maintaining a positive environment for our residents.
