Our Client Service Administrators (Maintenance Planners) are integral members of our service team and an important foundation to our customers’ service maintenance planning.


As a Client Service Administrator, you will: 

  • Review booking packages and plan customers’ service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive maintenance, proactive, and predictive services
  • Develop maintenance plans using standard maintenance planning tools and documented processes
  • Revise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedules
  • Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Take direction from Client Service Managers


You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED
  • 2+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreements
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and business software systems
  • Three days in the office and two days remote. First 1-2 months expected to be in the office 5 days a week).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 5+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreements in the Building Automation, Fire/Security industry

  • The pay range for this position is $39,760 - $68,160. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
