What is your job?

As a High-Velocity Sales Representative, your main responsibility is to own the entire sales process for our High Velocity (10-49 employees) segment. This segment is experiencing high interest, and your goal is to identify, prioritise, and convert the most lucrative opportunities into paying customers within 30 days. You will do this by following a highly structured, semi-automated sales process and working closely with RevOps to improve and level up the high-velocity sales process.

  • High-volume opportunity management with short sales cycles (less than 30 days)

  • Excellent business acumen in identifying deals that are most likely to close while maintaining a low-touch approach with a semi-automated sales cycle

  • Full ownership and autonomy when it comes to the most critical steps of the sales cycle, such as qualifying, conducting platform demos, negotiating, and closing

  • Stakeholder Management/Relationship building

  • Pipeline Management (incl. CRM data hygiene)

  • Accurate forecasting (incl. probabilities, priority, size, timelines, etc.)

  • You will iterate on and level up the High-Velocity sales process, in conjunction with RevOPs, to work these deals smarter and increase the overall win rate

  • Being a product and industry expert, which includes consultative selling plus managing initial implementation and 

  • Extracurricular activities (temporary assignments, e.g. OKR initiatives)

Who are we looking for?

  • You hold a university degree and have 2 - 3 years of work experience in Sales  (ideally in B2B SaaS) or a customer-exposed role, e.g., at a consulting firm.

  • You excel at asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs and decision process quickly, and you work with the customer to generate value for them.

  • You are a very process-driven, diligent, and structured person and are able to prioritize effectively under time constraints.

  • You have a good understanding of technology.

  • You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact in this space.

  • Bonus: You have previous experience in SaaS or HR tech, and/ or organizational development, people development, or agility & digitalization.

Expected Compensation: $ 54,000 to $ 70,000 + Bonus + VSOP 

For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.

Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
