Job Overview

We are looking for an Online Media Team Leader to lead performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks and programmatic platforms. You’ll be responsible for scaling user acquisition efforts while optimizing marketing spend to drive high-quality conversions. If you’re a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in mobile advertising and a strategic mindset, this role is for you!

What Will You Do?

  • Develop & Optimize Campaigns: Execute and refine performance marketing campaigns across platforms like UnityAds, IronSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, and others.
  • Programmatic Advertising: Manage DSP platforms such as Liftoff, Moloco, and Remerge to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance, optimize targeting, and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with platform partners, creative teams, and data analysts to deploy innovative solutions that enhance performance.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and optimize large marketing budgets to achieve the best possible cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Experimentation & Growth: Develop and lead a test-and-learn agenda for different traffic sources across global markets.

  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across UnityAds, IronSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and hands-on experience with DSPs like Liftoff, Moloco, or Remerge.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing and leveraging creators to drive user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly.
  • Experience managing and allocating large marketing budgets effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
