The Sales Team Leader assists the Sales management team to manage the activities of specified sales staff, ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.  This individual assists in the training, cross-training, and development of a specified sales team.

The California pay range for this position is $92,739.00 - $228,900.00.    
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Team Payable Gross, and Team Units Sold, Individual Manufacturer Approvability
