Descriptif de l'offre :


Le Sales Enablement est un département transverse dont la mission est de piloter et centraliser des formations et des contenus commerciaux mis à la disposition des 150 Sales pour vendre efficacement nos solutions. Le département est directement rattaché à la direction commerciale. Le département est constitué de 7 personnes dont 3 Product Specialist.


Le Sales Product Specialist a pour objectif d’accompagner et de former les Sales au quotidien à travers trois axes principaux :

- Apporter la connaissance fonctionnelle relative à la gamme GTA (Gestion des Temps et des Activités → Timmi Absences, Timmi Temps et Timmi Office) ;

- Être garant(e) de la formation commerciale ;

- Piloter des projets d’amélioration continue (structure de la base de connaissances, processus d’évaluation des connaissances, mise en place de KPI, etc).


La gamme GTA étant riche et stratégique, nous souhaitons structurer un binôme d’expertise dédié à l’accompagnement des Sales. Grâce à cette organisation renforcée, nous pourrons mieux répondre à leurs besoins et les accompagner au quotidien. Le poste à pourvoir sera en charge des solutions Timmi Absences et Timmi Office.


Missions principales :


De manière plus détaillée, les missions du Sales Product Specialist GTA sont les suivantes : 


👉🏼 Représenter les Sales :

- Cycle de vente : Accompagner les Sales sur l’ensemble du cycle de vente en participant à des échanges avec les clients / prospects, en répondant aux questions fonctionnelles, en participant à la rédaction d’appels d’offres ;

- Évolutions fonctionnelles : Proposer des discours commerciaux adapter aux différents corps de métier pour favoriser la conversion des opportunités ;

- Résolution de problèmes : Identifier les ressources qui manquent aux Sales pour performer et proposer des solutions adaptées.


👉🏼 Être expert(e) produit sur la gamme GTA :

- Gestion du contenu commercial : Maintenir et adapter le contenu commercial au gré des évolutions fonctionnelles et former les Sales à ces changements ;

- Représentant fonctionnel de la GTA pour les Sales : Aider les Sales en leur apportant la connaissance fonctionnelle dont ils ont besoin, notamment sur des cas de paramétrages spécifiques ;

- Porte-Parole des Sales : Remonter les besoins fonctionnels issus des échanges commerciaux, analyser les ventes et les pertes pour fournir des données qualitatives et quantitatives permettant de prendre des décisions, partager les questionnements actuels des Sales sur la gamme GTA.


👉🏼 Gestion de projet : 

- Le Sales Product Specialist est amené à réaliser de nombreux projets transverses visant à améliorer le cycle de vente, la formation, les processus, relatifs à l’ensemble du département commercial. Cela peut être la création d’un nouveau contenu, l’organisation d’un évènement, l’animation d’ateliers de réflexion, la structuration des données, etc.


👉🏼 Formation auprès des Sales :

Le Sales Product Specialist évolue au sein du Sales Enablement qui a notamment pour mission de former les Sales : 


- Formation initiale : proposer aux Sales le contenu requis pour apprendre à vendre les solutions de la Gamme GTA ;

- Formation continue : assurer un excellent niveau de connaissances des Sales sur la gamme GTA en apportant de nouveaux modules de formation, en illustrant des cas spécifiques, en nourrissant le contenu existant. De plus, le Sales Product Specialist peut être amené à produire / encadrer ou coordonner diverses formations demandées par les Sales (Intégrations, partenaires, légal, etc).


Lucca et donc le Sales Product Specialist évoluent dans un environnement international. Les différentes missions pourront donc être adaptées pour les différents marchés adressés par Lucca. 



Profil recherché :


❏ Vous avez 2 à 3 ans d’expérience sur des postes de Sales, Sales Ops et/ou Marketing ;

❏ Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieurs / de commerce ou d’un équivalent universitaire de type Master 2 ;

❏ Rigoureux(se), vous disposez de qualités rédactionnelles incomparables et d’un bon esprit de synthèse ;

❏ Vous excellez dans la communication : présenter un contenu devant un auditoire de 100 personnes et savoir captiver son attention ne vous effraie pas ; vous savez aller à l’essentiel et adapter votre communication à vos interlocuteurs ;

❏ Vous aimez accompagner et vous rendre disponible pour vos collègues, apportant des solutions efficaces aux problématiques qu’ils rencontrent ;

❏ Vous maîtrisez les outils métiers : Notion, 360 Learning (sinon nous vous apprendrons) ;

❏ Autonome, vous assurez avec succès l’animation, l’adhésion, la coordination et l’ownership sur vos projets ;

❏ Vous avez une forte appétence pour le produit et appréciez la recherche d’informations ;

❏ Organisé(e) et multi-tâches, vous aimez travailler sur plusieurs sujets et projets en parallèle ;

❏ Votre français est impeccable, vous parlez et écrivez l’anglais couramment (niveau C1 requis), la maîtrise de l’allemand et/ou de l’espagnol est un plus ;

❏ Vous vous retrouvez dans nos valeurs : l’entraide, la transparence et l’exigence.

Étape 1 : Entretien téléphonique avec Manon, la personne en charge du recrutement (30min)

Étape 2 : Entretien Manager avec la Sales Enablement Manager et la Head of Enablement (60min)

Étape 3 : Cas pratique rédactionnel

Étape 4 : Petit oral en visio : entretien avec les membres de l’équipe Sales Enablement (30 - 45min)

Étape 5 : Grand oral (45 min)
