Associate Service Technician, Goose Island (2nd Shift)

As an Associate Service Technician at Lucid Motors, your primary responsibilities will include performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), executing basic repairs on vehicles, testing functionality, and documenting vehicle interactions using our software systems. You'll also be responsible for communicating effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.

To qualify for the Associate Service Technician role at Lucid Motors, candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess strong customer-facing communication skills, and have a willingness to learn about high and low voltage systems. Prior experience in automotive repair or with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) is preferred but not mandatory.

While ASE certification is not required at the time of hiring, Lucid Motors expects Associate Service Technicians to obtain their ASE certifications within 6-8 months of hire. Lucid will reimburse the cost associated with successful completion of the certification to support your professional development.
