Macmillan Learning is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator for a remote contract position to manage U.S. employee benefits and leaves of absence during a 12-14 week period.
Responsibilities: Administer U.S. benefits programs, manage leaves of absence, provide employee support, and collaborate with HRIS and Payroll.
Skills: 3+ years of employee benefits administration experience, knowledge of federal and state leave laws, proficiency in Google Sheets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, experience with Canadian benefits preferred, HR-related professional certification is a plus.
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $40 - $40 / Hourly
This position will be employed through a third party company working remotely throughout the U.S.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interim Benefits Administrator to join our team for a 12–14 week period, covering for a leave of absence. This remote, U.S.-based role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless delivery of our benefits programs and supporting our employees during significant life events.
