Marketing Manager

(6 months fixed term contract)

As a Marketing Manager within our client’s dynamic regional team, you'll be instrumental in driving diverse marketing initiatives tailored to the Philippines market. You’ll bring a versatile skillset and a passion for problem-solving to support various marketing functions, directly impacting brand awareness and user growth.

Role: 

  • Drive the execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns, ensuring effective collaboration with external agencies and internal partners.
  • Develop and implement localised marketing strategies to maximise audience engagement and deliver measurable growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and execute the Philippines' consumer marketing strategy, aligning with brand and user growth targets.
  • Collaborate on the development of impactful content campaigns that resonate with industry partners and creators.
  • Manage and optimise the regional marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven allocation.
  • Identify and engage target audiences through compelling consumer-facing campaigns, driving brand awareness and consideration.
  • Lead local market initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to achieve brand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive all aspects of the consumer funnel.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for regional marketing activities, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Analyse consumer trends and data insights, translating them into actionable marketing campaigns and tactical executions.

You:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in a generalist marketing role, with a proven ability to adapt and contribute to various marketing functions and deep local Philippines market knowledge.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both Tagalog and English, both spoken and written.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for the digital audio landscape, with comprehensive knowledge of local competitors and key music scenes, genres, and artists.
  • Show expertise in media planning, creative development, content marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
  • Maintain strong relationships within the marketing, agency, and technology space.
  • Have a proven track record of tailoring global brands to local audiences or vice versa.
  • Display a proactive, collaborative demeanour and the ability to empower and encourage the wider team.
  • Possess creative and strong analytical thinking, coupled with confident communication skills, enabling you to work cross-functionally and autonomously with multiple partners across various time zones.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide and receive constructive, meaningful feedback cross-functionally.
  • Are proficient in all forms of Google Workspace products.
