The Role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Global Head of Trading Solutions will be responsible for providing essential administrative support. This role will be a key point of contact internally and externally and will enable streamlined communication and collaboration amongst stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is based on site at our Global Headquarters in Hudson Yards, NYC. Office hours are 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

How You'll Help Take Us There

  • Provide executive support to our Chief Revenue Officer and Global Head of Trading Solutions
  • Efficiently manage and optimize calendars while prioritizing commitments to ensure that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other responsibilities are carried out seamlessly
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, including flights, trains, car service, hotels, etc.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the global Administration and Facilities teams with office-related tasks
  • Manage onboarding of new Sales team members, including building new hire schedules and partnering with IT to ensure proper access and equipment is provided
  • Organize weekly team meetings, teach-ins, and biannual offsites for the global team
  • Plan, execute, and oversee Sales team group events

What We’re Looking for  

  • 5+ years of C-suite executive assistant experience, previous experience supporting a CRO or Global Head of Sales preferred
  • Extremely positive and professional attitude
  • Can-do attitude, where no task is too big or small
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate critical needs, prioritize competing tasks and manage to deadlines
  • Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Previous experience interacting with clients is preferred
  • Experience communicating effectively through tools, including email, Teams, Slack, etc.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An autonomous worker with strong follow-through skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees, and peers locally and virtually
  • Analytical with strong curiosity, creative thinking and solution-focused
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
