Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, has an immediate need for a Full-Time Athletics Operations Coordinator in the Physical Education Center. The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A non-traditional work schedule including weekends may be required. This is a non-bargaining, non-exempt, grade 23 position. For non-exempt positions, you are not eligible to work a secondary job at Montgomery College. This is a temporary position with benefits funded through June 30, 2025. Employment continuation beyond this period is contingent upon need and funding.
This position supports the general business operations of the Athletics program. Under supervision and/or direction, the incumbent reports to the Assistant Athletic Director coordinating and executing work activities following department, College, conference, and division policies and procedures. Responsibilities include business and game day operations, administrative support, video coordination, team transportation, and supervising student workers. Contacts are with administrators, faculty, staff, students, coaches, social media, vendors, contractors, game officials, and representatives of other higher education institutions.

Hiring Range: $25.18 to $32.73 per hour. Initial salary placement for new hires falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range and is based on relevant candidate experience and internal equity. The maximum salary for this position is $40.28 per hour.
