Job Description

This individual will lead the US Design- Market Zero Team and will have two direct reporting managers (one Construction + one Design) to support Global Market Zero pilots | tests and special design requests that support the US Market. This individual will have a degree in architecture, interior design or similar design programs with 5+ years experience. The individual must exhibit strong communication and team leadership/ management skills, and comprehensive understanding of multi-disciplinary, cross functional project management within tight timeframes with keen understanding of cost implications throughout the process from concept to execution.

This individual will lead the following items:

· Alignment: Ensure all key stakeholders are aligned and engaged through the process of development of designs through all phases of development: concept, design development, pilot | test, and execution. Engaging new or existing suppliers and vendors to support the development of designs. Lead or participate in the development of cross functional discipline or department meetings to ensure all parties are aligned on goals, timing, and budgets in the design development process

· Design Development (Global Pilots): Individual should align and be knowledgeable of Global Standards and areas of investigation as part of a Global pilot | tests. Individual should have clear understanding of problem/ solution that will be part of the test so when assessing the pilot/ test execution, proper assessment can be made: what areas succeeded, what areas are opportunities, and what areas did not work.

· Reporting: Communicate + provide status to Sr. Director of Design | Construction | CSC COE and other pertinent members of US Development leadership on status of the different projects that the team is working on, including ‘next steps’ and ‘opportunities’ that leadership might be able to assist to resolve

· Support: Provide tools and communications on designs and pilots | tests as they progress from concept to design execution. Communications might include presentations to senior US Leadership and leadership US Owner/ Operators, and should be able to answer any questions on status and execution.

This role will be part of the US Design | Construction | Construction Supply Chain | DEI COE Leadership Team, reporting to the Sr. Director of US Design | Construction | CSC| DEI COE.

The expected salary range for this role is $168350 – $218860 per year 
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
