Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven solutions leader for our Adobe Practice to lead the expansion of our Adobe capabilities across Commerce, Martech, and Content technologies to drive and increase company revenue. This role requires a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in digital transformation, including 10+ years focused on Martech, Content, and Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling Martech and Content practices, along with deep expertise in Adobe’s ecosystem, including AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer), Campaign, Target, Commerce, Analytics, Audience Manager, Magento, Marketo, Workfront, and Experience Cloud.

This is a strategic, end-to-end leadership role that encompasses building capabilities, developing innovative solutions, creating go-to-market (GTM) propositions, fostering people development, enabling sales, and supporting delivery excellence. The Adobe Practice Leader will also bring executive consulting experience to the table, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

  1. Directly help drive revenue in pre-sales activities by providing technical and consulting expertise, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  2. Design and architect end-to-end solutions and offerings leveraging Adobe’s suite of tools to address complex client needs.
  3. Define and execute GTM strategies for Adobe-based solutions, focusing on Commerce, Martech, and Content.
  4. Build and mentor a high-performing team of Adobe experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  5. Expand and deepen the organization’s Adobe capabilities across Commerce, Martech, and Content technologies.

Additional Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement and Practice Growth:

  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical and consulting expertise, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Drive deals for Adobe solutions to enable organic and inorganic growth,
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that align with market demands
  • Equip sales teams with the tools, templates, and training needed to effectively sell Adobe solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.

Solution Development:

  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Adobe’s suite of tools to address complex client needs.
  • Create innovative, differentiated offerings that align with market trends and client demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Propositions:

  • Define and execute GTM strategies for Adobe-based solutions, focusing on Commerce, Martech, and Content.
  • Identify market opportunities, develop prototypes, value propositions, and position the organization as a leader in Adobe solutions.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.

Capability Building:

  • Expand and deepen the organization’s Adobe capabilities across Commerce, Martech (AEP, AJO, Campaign, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager), Content (AEM), Workfront, Marketo.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for building technical and functional expertise across the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest and greatest innovations in Adobe ecosystem, including AI-driven capabilities, into solutions to deliver cutting-edge, future-ready experiences for clients.

People Development:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of Adobe experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Define career paths, competency frameworks, and training programs to upskill the team.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the practice.

Delivery Enablement and Support:

  • Ensure successful delivery of Adobe projects by providing oversight, guidance, and escalation management.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.


Strategic and Executive Consulting:

  • Provide strategic consulting to C-level executives, helping them define their digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Advise clients on leveraging Adobe technologies to achieve their business objectives, including customer experience optimization, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the organization as a trusted partner.

Thought Leadership:

  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in the Adobe ecosystem through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Commerce, Martech, and Content, and incorporate them into the practice’s offerings.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new use cases and technologies within the Adobe ecosystem.

  2. 10+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe technologies, including AEM, AEP, AJO, Campaign, Target, Commerce, Analytics, Audience Manager, Magento, Marketo, Workfront, and Experience Cloud.
  3. Proven track record of building and scaling Martech, Content and Commerce practices in a consulting or technology services environment.
  4. Strong expertise in solution architecture, GTM strategy, and pre-sales activities.
