You


We’re expanding our Employer Branding team and looking for another creative, hands-on Employer Branding Specialist to help take Mediatech’s talent brand to the next level. You'll work alongside an experienced employer branding pro to craft compelling stories, build innovative strategies that attract top senior experts, and position Mediatech as a destination for the best talent. WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Drive employer brand strategy throughout the business using innovative methods to establish a strong employer brand within the market
  • Create and implement both internal and external communication strategies
  • Create an engaging content for web and social media which promotes our employer brand and speaks to our target talent  
  • Handle community management, content management, and ad-hoc activity on channels such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn
  • Lead employer branding-related projects from ideation to execution
  • Plan and execute employer branding events, as well as internal events and internal culture initiatives.
  • Work closely with People team and other stakeholders to achieve employer branding objectives


WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding or similar roles (marketing, communications etc.)
  • Creative skills, structure and a good eye for detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading in English
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment together with a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A goal-oriented mindset, can-do attitude, and of course, brilliant sense of humour

GROSS SALARY
  • 2500-3600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
