Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional service and assistance with their hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in guiding customers through the booking process, answering questions about accommodations, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to check-in. You will play a key role in promoting our hotel services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations and hospitality queries
  • Assist customers with booking accommodations, special requests, and changes to existing reservations
  • Respond to inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with hotel staff and management to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve our hospitality services
  • Stay updated on hotel promotions and offerings to provide informed recommendations
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent speaking and writing skills
