We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive marketing campaigns that will attract more visitors, enhance the guest experience, and deliver on revenue targets. What You’ll Do:

📊 Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are timely, effective, and within budget, contributing to commercial success and enhanced guest experiences.

💡 Regional Marketing

  • Collaborate with regional peers to adapt global marketing strategies for the Kansas City market.
  • Develop localized marketing plans that align with the overall attraction objectives.

🌟 Brand Management

  • Work closely with the Brand team to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with LEGOLAND® Discovery Center’s global brand strategies.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams like Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Content, and Corporate Affairs to ensure marketing strategies align across all touchpoints.

📈 Customer Insights & Analytics

  • Use customer data and market insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns resonate with your audience and drive results.

 

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in entertainment, tourism, hospitality, or retail.✅ Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.✅ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and locations.

✅ Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable marketing ROI.✅ A good understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance and revenue generation.

✅ A passion for the entertainment and tourism industry, with a customer-first mindset.
