You'll help customers navigate our fantastic selection of products, ensuring they find everything they need for their crafting adventures. Imagine the joy on kids’ faces as you guide them through crafting projects and exciting party activities! Communication is key in this role; you'll handle everything from emails to phone calls, working closely with the store team to make each event unforgettable. You’ll also complete essential operational tasks to keep the store lively and inviting while promoting our rewards programs. Your attention to detail and creativity will shine as you manage multiple events at once. Additionally, success in this role depends on your ability to adapt during events based on client feedback and prepare contingency plans if needed.
