Scrum Master - Remote (Req. #701)

As a Scrum Master at Mindex, your main responsibilities will include managing project scopes, timelines, and costs while ensuring that customer value is delivered. You will lead Release Planning, guide quarterly Program Increment Planning, and coordinate sprints and retrospectives. Additionally, you'll coach team members in agile frameworks and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes while facilitating effective communication within and outside the team.

To apply for the Scrum Master position at Mindex, you should have at least two years of experience in a Scrum Master role or comparable experience. Familiarity with enterprise software development and a strong understanding of scrum techniques, patterns, and practices are essential. While a Scrum Master certification is a plus, it is not mandatory. Strong communication, mentoring skills, and prior experience in leadership will be beneficial.
