Are you a hungry performance strategist who is ready to step up build a creative strategy for a venture backed startup and own an ad pipeline that changes how the world thinks about masculinity, sex, and mental health?

We’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with why creative works - and has the relentless drive to turn ideas into high-impact ads at scale.

Before we talk about our product and mission, let’s be clear that although we’re tackling men’s sexual problems right now, you don’t need to be a guy to apply.

The Role

You’ll work alongside our Director of Marketing and closely with our founders. You’ll lead our creative testing strategy, build scalable production workflows, and ensure that winning ideas are translated into high-performing ads across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.

This isn’t just a strategy role. It’s a high-agency, high-ownership position where you’ll drive real business outcomes.

You’ll come up with concepts, manage creators, iterate fast, and transform performance insights into scalable systems that compound over time. 

You’ll be:

  • Owning creative testing
  • Turning insights into high-performance ad creatives
  • Building the systems that help us produce, test, and learn faster each week
  • Managing creators and collaborators

We’re early-stage. The ceiling is high. You’ll help shape the culture, output, and creative engine of Mojo from the inside.

What you'll do:

  • Run a high-impact creative strategy that drives performance growth.
  • Build a scalable content production engine that delivers 150+ performance assets per month.
  • Develop a creative testing system that moves winning organic content into paid and iterates aggressively based on results.
  • Source, brief, and manage a high-performing network of UGC creators and freelancers.
  • Establish a feedback and iteration loop with the paid team to optimize creative for CPA, CTR, and trial starts.
  • Lead creator onboarding and retention efforts - ensuring the best talent stays engaged, aligned, and motivated.
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining focus on performance outcomes across paid and organic channels.

We are building a team of people that have real ownership over the business. To be successful here, you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful. 

You are:

  • Someone with 3+ years of experience in D2C performance creative and performance.
  • A systems-first content builder: you create workflows, templates, and tools to help you move faster.
  • Obsessed with why creative works. You analyze performance patterns, distill learnings, and iterate relentlessly.
  • A creative with taste. Someone who instinctively knows what will resonate emotionally and can balance that with data-backed insights.
  • AI-forward and data-driven. You experiment with AI tools to optimize workflows and unlock faster, smarter ad production.
  • A relationship builder. You make creators feel confident, clear, and supported, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • A communicator. You’re organized, proactive, and excellent at giving constructive feedback that improves creative outcomes.
  • Hungry to grow. We are a high performing team who only want the best. 
  • Genuinely interested in masculinity, sex, and mental health - and excited to lead the conversation in this space.

  • Can show us a creative playbook, hook bank, or content testing system you’ve built before.
  • Have worked with creators, freelancers, and UGC talent to deliver high-output ad assets.
  • Have examples of AI tools, workflows, or automations you’ve used to optimize creative production.
  • Understand platform nuances across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube - and know what content wins where.

  • $90-110k salary, with chunky seed round equity package
