As a Steward at Montage Kapalua Bay, your primary responsibilities include cleaning and storing all kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring that all items are properly sanitized in compliance with health regulations. You'll also assist in transporting food for events, generating WOW moments for guests, and supporting your food & beverage team in delivering exceptional service.
