Your Role
As our Partner Manager – Pharmacy, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing our pharmacy network. You’ll be responsible for overseeing distribution partnerships, negotiating with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical wholesale space, and ensuring our imported medical cannabis products reach patients reliably and efficiently.
This role combines strategic thinking with strong relationship management and requires a hands-on, start-up mentality. You will act as the key contact for both our B2B product distribution and our 3P (third-party) pharmacy partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Partnership Management
Manage and grow our network of partner pharmacies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence in collaboration.
Wholesale Distribution & Negotiation
Take ownership of B2B sales and negotiation with pharmacy stakeholders to expand the reach of our medical cannabis portfolio across Germany.
New Business Development
Identify and onboard new pharmacy partners to support our expansion strategy in the German medical cannabis market.
Market & Product Distribution Strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to align distribution efforts with product strategy and market demand, ensuring product availability and visibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and aligned communication.
Compliance & Industry Standards
Ensure all partnership operations meet pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and GDP/GMP standards, particularly for cannabis-based medications.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical partnerships, B2B sales, or account management - ideally in pharmacy wholesale or medical cannabis distribution.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to manage and grow business partnerships.
Familiarity with the German pharmaceutical ecosystem, pharmacy procurement models, and distribution dynamics.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Prior experience in the medical cannabis or pharmaceutical wholesale sector is highly appreciated.
