Stellenbeschreibung

  • Koordination, Kontrolle und Administration eingehender Leasingbestellungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von nationalen und internationalen Flottenkunden
  • Betreuung der Anfragen von Flottenkunden und Leasinggesellschaften
  • Schnittstelle zum Customer Service, internen Fachabteilungen und Servicepartner
  • Koordination der Fleet Demofahrzeuge und der Anfragen bzgl. Probefahrten
  • Internes Reporting

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im B2B oder B2C in der Automobilbranche
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
  • Sehr hohe Serviceorientierung und Eigenmotivation zur Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Suite (Salesforce von Vorteil)
