As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at Nielsen, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of media measurement. You'll be the face of Nielsen, interacting with and supporting our valued panel families.


This role will require a combination of in office and remote work.  The majority of the time, you will be required to work in the office.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Nielsen panel families.
  • Conduct engaging phone interviews to verify eligibility and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Collect accurate device information and ensure data collection integrity.
  • Exceed performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction.
