  • Creating a communication channel with the customer that includes relationship building, in-person visits, and risk diversion conversations
  • Keep up to date with the project manager of the product to understand schedules, risks, deadlines and planning
  • Review of design to ensure what the customer is expecting vs what we are producing. These design reviews should be both internal and external separately merging ideas for a final product
  • Modifying text and copy for the end product
  • Study and have high knowledge of both apple / google app guidelines
  • Comparing the product (or set of products) to the competition of the client and creating a narrative of how the client project is unique
  • Providing management with analysis and reports regarding the health of the product including understanding of timeline, deadlines and budget and constantly avoid scope creep
  • Overseeing the research and development of the products by business analysts and incorporating the feedback into the product
