As a Mammo Tech at Northside Hospital, your main responsibilities include operating mammography equipment to produce radiographs for patients of all ages, performing various types of mammography studies such as needle localization and ductograms, and ensuring the highest quality of care during procedures. You'll work in an environment that allows for autonomy and indirect supervision while collaborating with a dedicated team.

To qualify for the Mammo Tech position at Forsyth Breast Care, you must graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and obtain certification in Mammography within one year of hire. Prior experience in mammography and CPR certification are preferred but not mandatory.

The Mammo Tech at Northside Hospital works from Tuesday to Friday, with a schedule running from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. This allows for a balanced work life while still making a significant impact in the lives of patients who come in for care.
