We are looking for a Manager, Substrate Planning – Chips Supply Planning, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for executing substrate purchases, generating supplier forecasts, and recommending strategies to resolve substrate supply shortages across all business segments
Develop, mentor, and lead team of high performing supply chain planners in Israel and the US responsible for substrate supply
Analyze planning strategies and priority trade-offs with supply planners and business units
Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, NPI teams, and substrate partners to drive closure of both near-term and long-term supply shortages
Prepare monthly forecasts, recommend solutions to alleviate shortages, and present to management
Leverage existing tools and drive future system enhancements and implementation in coordination with IT
Lead continuous improvement efforts in support of organizational strategies
What we need to see:
BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
8+ overall years of experience in semiconductor Supply Chain or Operations with background in substrate planning
2+ years of experience in a role leading teams or projects, with or without direct reports
Proficiency in Excel, Anaplan, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications
Demonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with multiple dynamic constraints
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior executive staff
