Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing the marketing budget and supporting various company events. They will also handle internal communications and assist with sports marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role involves coordinating activities to promote events and providing general support to the marketing team. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and within allocated limits.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis.
  • Publish company-wide employee communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Support sports marketing initiatives, coordinating activities and promoting events.
  • Coordinate projects related to Service Center branding.
  • Assist with day-to-day departmental needs, providing support and solutions as required.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that align with company objectives.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in creating presentations for key events.
  • Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools and best practices.

Job Qualifications

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or communications required.

Required Experience:

  • 4 years of experience leading marketing projects, ideally for a B2B company.
  • Demonstrated management and tracking of budgets
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud and basic design skills preferred.
  • Familiarity and experience in working with CRM systems for events preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated
