The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. 

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Transformation Enablement will inform the marketing roadmap, measure transformation success, and enhance the Marketer experience. This role will have an immediate focus on Project Flywheel, the Enterprise initiative focused on advancing the end-to-end marketing execution technical and operational ecosystem to drive greater efficiency. This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from across the enterprise including USCM, Product, and Technology to develop actionable strategies and in-market solutions that drive results.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Drive the implementation of Project Flywheel strategy, partnering closely with the Enterprise working team and USCM
  • Manage requirements gathering, journey mapping, and feedback loop with Marketing stakeholders to inform the transformation roadmap
  • Support development and tracking of transformation KPIs
  • Manage and track the ongoing issues across initiatives by maintaining centralized issue log, leading the partnership with stakeholders, and defining trends for holistic improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new ways of working and process optimizations as the technical ecosystem evolves

Minimum Qualifications

  •     Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, a proactive mentality, and a passion to win required
  •     Ability to collect and analyze data/insights to drive winning strategies
  •     Strategic, analytical, problem-solving mindset; ability to problem solve and make decisions or drive to fast resolution (e.g. brings options & trade-offs to the table to generate decisions) 
  •     Strong internal partner management skills with proven ability to influence & negotiate
  •     Superior organization and planning skills are essential, detail oriented with ability to think “end-to-end”
  •     Familiarity and subject matter expertise in digital, marketing, customer centricity, and/or agile ways of working

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
