Job Description

Responsible for efficient operation of the Restaurant Kitchen and some duties with Banquet Kitchen

Responsibilities

Reviewing BEO’s/ordering/ req food, writing production sheets, assigning task, supervising staff, develop additions to menu, train and develop staff, MOS training and reviews, monitoring of kitchen equipment is in good working order, monitor daily food production and safety of staff. 

Qualifications

  • Successful candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, 2-3 years culinary experience, reliable, motivated, and good problem solving skills.
  • Computer skills preferred.
  • Required standing, walking, reaching and lifting up to 40 lbs throughout shift.
  • Must be flexible and able to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, Overnights, weekend and holidays.
  • Must present ServSafe Manager's certification.
