Partner Development Representative

The Role

The Partner Development Representative will play a pivotal role in recruiting new fitness partners into our network for our members. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new gym partners, helping to expand our network and provide more value to our members. You will build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring that we offer a wide range of high-quality fitness options for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new gym locations that align with our brand and membership needs.

  • Prospect, qualify, and recruit new gyms into our network to expand the offerings available to our members.

  • Conduct outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to introduce our program and engage potential partners.

  • Pitch the benefits of joining our network, including increased visibility, member retention, and growth opportunities for gym partners.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each gym’s unique needs and tailor solutions that make joining our network an attractive opportunity.

About You

  • 2-5 years of experience in partner development, business development, or a sales role, ideally within the fitness or wellness sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is desired.

  • Familiarity with the gym and fitness industry, including knowledge of gym operations and the needs of owners and members is highly desired.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential partners.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and results-orientated mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
