The HCM Cloud Technical Lead will apply technical and functional expertise on one hand, and leadership skills on the other, to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects on their projects. Accountability for all technical items (scope) and works closely with the customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversee and advises the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.
With the above facets in play, on a typical project, the lead is will conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on all technical items, lead and develop technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources in the context of technical items, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations; and finally ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers. The lead is will perform as an advisor to the customer, provide guidance and direction, and maintain a good, valuable, and productive relationship.
Aside from tech lead role on a project, capitalizing on their experience and skills, will support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations and orals showcasing our teams’ solutions, experience, and capabilities.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to contribute/lead innovation and initiatives in the context of our communities of practice and cross functional teams.
