Job Summary: As a Consultant, Global Total Rewards Administration, you will be responsible for supporting the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of global total rewards processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of compensation, share plans, benefits, and recognition programs across the Total Rewards (TR) organization. The consultant will collaborate with HR teams, payroll, finance, external vendors, and across peers to ensure delivery of TR programs are accurate, timely, compliant with regulatory requirements, and meet the needs of our customers.

$89,400 - $102,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
