NP/PA - Virtual Health Assessment

As an NP or PA in Oscar Medical Group's Virtual Health Assessment team, your primary responsibilities will include conducting virtual health assessments, reviewing patient medical histories, and providing essential care services like medication reconciliation and health coaching. You'll engage with chronically ill members and those who may not regularly see a primary care provider. Your role also involves diagnosing conditions, offering referrals, and collaborating with other departments like Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care as needed.

To qualify for the NP/PA position at Oscar Medical Group, candidates must hold a DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program, and possess board certification from recognized bodies like NCCPA or AANP. For NPs, a Compact RN license is applicable, and you must hold an active license in at least two states including Florida, Georgia, Texas, or Ohio. Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care for at least 3 years is also required, making this an excellent opportunity for seasoned healthcare professionals.

The NP/PA role at Oscar Medical Group involves 40 hours of work per week, within business hours of 8 AM to 8 PM ET from Monday to Friday and 8 AM to 6 PM ET on Saturdays.
